Washington College

In February, I took a trip to visit Washington College and spend some time talking with Carl Crowe who is the Associate Dean of Students/Director of Residential Life. Carl is coming back to the MACUHO region after being gone for a number of years. Washington College is a beautiful small school that has undergone some tremendous renovations and new construction. The Gibson Center for the Arts is a beautiful and amazing venue for students to perform and showcase their talents. The student who gave me the tour was going to be having her senior project show the following week, and raved about the facilities.

The other renovated building I saw was Hodson Hall Commons. It is a fantastic student space! It houses the new dining hall (I included a few photos) and some great student gathering spaces, including an intimate performing space.
