RELI
Hello MACUHO!
The 14th annual Regional Entry-Level Institute (RELI) is scheduled for June 1 - 3 at Westfield State College (MA). Please share this exciting professional development opportunity with entry-level housing and residence life staff members (those with 0 – 3 years of professional work experience).
RELI provides entry-level staff members who are interested in moving up the career ladder with needed information on seven competencies (listed on the attached brochure). Participants will be assigned to a faculty mentor with whom they work closely during the Institute. The cost of the Institute is $250 which includes lodging, meals, and supplies. MACUHO provides 10 scholarships ($100 each) to the first 10 applicants who are accepted into the Institute. The application can be found on the MACUHO website. Only 28 participants are accepted each year (approximately half from MACUHO and half from NEACUHO). Last year, we received over 60 applications (from MACUHO & NEACUHO).
The deadline for submitting application materials is March 1, 2011. Please contact me if you have any questions.
